Orders are reviewed before fulfillment to help confirm item details and delivery information. Once an order enters processing, changes to products, quantities, or addresses may no longer be possible.
A shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may not appear immediately after a parcel is prepared or collected.
Delivery speed may vary because of destination, carrier capacity, customs review, severe weather, peak shopping periods, address restrictions, or other conditions outside our direct control. We do not promise an exact arrival date unless one is expressly confirmed in writing for that order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs or delays caused by an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or inaccessible address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Some orders may be divided into separate parcels. In such cases, items can arrive at different times and may receive separate tracking references.
When an unexpected delay occurs, we will provide available information and work toward an appropriate resolution. If an order cannot be fulfilled or shipped as represented, customers will be contacted with the available options.
